Reserving Your Stay

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Payments may be made via bank transfer in U.S. dollars or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted).

Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

What's Included

Your stay includes exclusive use of the entire six-bedroom villa, airport and boat transfers, a private chef preparing three meals daily plus snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and access to your private boat, captain, guide, and included island activities.

Alcohol is not included in the standard rate. Guests may add an optional beverage package or purchase duty-free alcohol upon arrival, which our bartenders are happy to serve at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility whenever possible:

  • Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival are eligible for a refund, less an administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made 45–89 days before arrival may be rebooked for a future stay, subject to a rebooking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are eligible for a partial credit toward a future stay.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are not refundable, though a portion of the booking value may be applied toward a future reservation.

Taxes & Gratuities

Government taxes are additional to published rates. Gratuities are not automatically included and are entirely at the discretion of guests following their stay.

Travel Insurance

We always recommend travel insurance for all group bookings. Unexpected things happen — a small premium gives your whole group peace of mind.
