Belize All-Inclusive Friends Trip for 8–14 on a fully staffed Island Villa
Casa Al Mar is a fully staffed, six-bedroom rental on historic St. George’s Caye, reserved exclusively as a full-house buyout for one group of 8 to 14 friends.
For a friends' trip, the ultimate appeal is your proximity to the world’s second-largest barrier reef with instant access to world-class marine adventures on your timeline. A full team takes care of every detail—your captain runs the boat, your private chef tailors every meal, and your on-site crew manages all the logistics—so there is zero planning required. Instant access to the world’s second-largest barrier reef
Your time here is entirely fluid. At Casa Al Mar, the boat, captain, and licensed guide belong exclusively to your group. Your captain reads the morning weather and water conditions to create the best possible experience for your group, with no rigid tour schedules to follow.
Reef Snorkeling: Head out early to snorkel the nearby barrier reef, or cast a line in productive waters. The best part? Your chef will cook whatever you reel in for dinner.
Secret Sandbar Days: Anchor at hidden, shallow sandbars where you can swim and relax. A bartender even comes out on the boat so no one has to leave the water to grab a drink.
Island-Hopping to Caye Caulker: Cruise 35 minutes across the water to Caye Caulker to swim with gentle nurse sharks, feed tarpon, and grab a beachside drink in a laid-back island town.
East Dock & Kayaking: Grab the included sea kayaks to paddle through calm mangroves, or just spend the day on the East Dock's sunning deck and overwater hammocks.
Mainland Expeditions (Optional Add-on): Your captain can boat your group directly to the mainland for inland adventures like exploring the towering ancient temples of Lamanai via the New River, or visiting the Belize Zoo and Xunantunich Maya ruins.
Fully Staffed 24/7 Service
Originally built as a private family retreat, this vacation rental comes with an expert local crew of eight living on-site. This level of staffing means your group experiences attentive, around-the-clock hospitality where every need is anticipated.
Chef Estevan: Prepares custom family-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, featuring rich Maya, Mestizo, and Creole flavors tailored to your group's dietary needs.
Your Captain & Guide: Ready at the dock whenever you decide to hit the water, picking the clearest spots for that day's wind.
Daily Housekeeping: Keeps all three floors of the estate immaculate and turns the house back in order before you even step off the boat.
The Bartender: Pours your drinks with zero corkage fees, whether you bring your own bottles or have the bar pre-stocked at cost.
Nobody in your group cooks, shops, or washes a single dish the entire stay.

The House on St. George's Caye: Six Bedrooms Across Three Floors
St. George's Caye is a residential island nine miles off Belize City—a quiet line of waterfront family homes. Casa Al Mar stretches across the island with its own private dock at either end. The windows stay open, the ceiling fans keep the air moving, and the ocean breeze finds its way through every floor.
Third floor (The Crow's Nest): The largest room features a King bed, a twin daybed, and a private bathroom, offering the strongest breeze and long water views.
Second floor (Captain's Quarters, Pelican's Roost, Quartermaster, Osprey's Nest): Flanking the open kitchen and balconies are four bedrooms featuring King beds (Osprey’s Nest adds a twin). These share two connecting Jack-and-Jill bathrooms.
First floor (Sergeant's Quarters): Featuring a King bed and a private bathroom, this room is closest to the docks with the fewest stairs.
Rooming is settled with you before anyone pays, so your group knows exactly who sleeps where while you are still deciding.
Getting Everyone There: No Domestic Flights
Skip small commuter planes, tight luggage limits, and terminal waits. Friends booking separate flights out of different cities can land throughout the morning, meet at the same dock, and be on the balcony by lunch.
Touch Down: Land at Belize International Airport (BZE), where your private host greets you.
Private Transfer: Ride about 20 minutes in a comfortable, private van to the Belize City dock.
Boat Arrival: Step onto your private boat for a scenic 20-minute cruise straight to the steps of Casa Al Mar.

Is Casa Al Mar the Right Fit for Your Group?
Casa Al Mar offers an authentic private estate experience on a quiet, historic caye. To ensure a perfect match, please keep the following in mind:
Off-Grid Caribbean Living: The home is built to catch the Caribbean breeze through open windows, supported by ceiling fans and nearly off-grid solar. If central A/C is non-negotiable for anyone in the group, this isn't the right house.
The Ocean is Your Pool: There is no swimming pool; the clear sea right off your private dock is your swimming hole.
Fresh and Local Cooking: Your chef plans the menu and cooks it fresh based on your preferences. There is no fixed resort menu on demand.
Not a Nightlife Spot: Your time here runs on the water, the sun deck, and the balcony. It is not a party house.
Booking Requirements: We require a 5-night minimum stay for single groups of 8 to 14 guests.
From Friend Groups Who've Stayed
"The per-person value is unmatched. Having the boat available to us every single day and a trip where I didn't have to manage a single detail for the group was exactly what we needed."
— Sarah, group of 14
"The house was incredible, but it was the crew that made our trip unforgettable. Having our own boat and captain meant we could fish and snorkel whenever we wanted... Chef Estevan surprised us with spectacular local dishes every night."
— Marcus, group of 12
Belize Friends' Trip FAQ
What makes Casa Al Mar unique compared to other rentals?
The absolute freedom of having your own exclusive boat, captain, and licensed guide at your disposal. There is no need to coordinate outside charters or plan your day around a rigid schedule. Paired with a 24/7 crew of eight handling all meals and housekeeping, the property offers effortless luxury for your group.
How do we pay for it as a group?
We hold your dates while the group confirms and name each guest on the booking. A 50% deposit secures the house, with the balance paid via installment links over time. Cancellation terms are shared before any deposit moves. (Gratuity is not added automatically; about 10% of the pretax stay is the guideline, payable in USD cash).
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. Non-alcoholic drinks are included, and our bartender will pour whatever your group brings or pre-stocks at cost. There are zero corkage or bar fees. (Alcohol itself is not included in the base rate).
Can we book it for a girls' trip, guys' trip, or bachelorette?
Yes. The house takes one group of 8 to 14 adults as a full-house buyout. The trip is entirely yours to shape: boat days, sandbar afternoons, chef-prepared meals, and slow mornings in the hammocks.
Is there enough to do during our stay?
Your options are endless. Snorkel with provided gear, drop fish off the boat, take an island-hopping trip to Caye Caulker to swim with nurse sharks, or grab kayaks from the East dock. Sandbar trips even come with a bartender on board! Mainland tours, like exploring Maya ruins or the Belize Zoo, are easily arranged as add-ons.
