Casa Al Mar is a fully-staffed island home on St. George's Caye, the McNab family's own house, taken by one family of 8 to 14 at a time, so grandparents, parents, kids, teens, and cousins all share one roof. A private chef cooks three meals a day in Maya, Mestizo, and Creole flavors, feeding the youngest eater and the grandparents from one kitchen. A captain and licensed guide keep the boat yours all week for the reef, drop fishing, and an island-hopping day when the water is right. Airport transfers, daily housekeeping, WiFi, and a crib for the corner are part of the booking, handled before you land.
From the airport it is about a 20 to 25 minute drive to the Belize City dock, then a 20-minute boat ride out to the caye: open water and the St. George's Caye breeze before the first meal. There is no domestic flight to book, and no second airport to reach with kids. More on getting here.

Six bedrooms across three floors give everyone a place: the breezier top floor suits older guests, the rooms near the kitchen suit parents of little ones who are up early, and the bunk room takes the youngest cousins. The first floor is closest to the docks for anyone who would rather skip the stairs.
The shared kitchen and dining room have room for everyone, and most evenings end up on the second-floor balcony. Rooming is set with you in advance, so the house is settled before anyone arrives, and crib, high chair, baby bath, and toys are included for guests with toddlers.

The private chef cooks three meals a day plus snacks, planned around your family before you arrive and adjusted as the week goes. Breakfast is local, lunch is easy to swap, and dinner is the showcase, all in Maya, Mestizo, and Creole flavors.

The boat, captain, and licensed guide stay with your family for the whole stay. Days run on the water or off it: snorkeling the reef, kayaking off the East dock, drop fishing, a run out to a sandbar, even an island-hopping day.
