Meals Made Fresh, Daily

Breakfast

Start your morning right—Awaken your taste buds with a typical Belizean, Yucatecan or American breakfast, while taking advantage of the fresh bounty of local seafood with favorites like our Seafood Breakfast—an omelet packed with shrimp or lobster (some seafood are seasonal). Or, try going traditional with a Belizean breakfast: eggs the way you like, local jams and jellies, rich and fragrant refried beans, crispy bacon, while the star of the show takes center stage—fluffy pockets of deep fried dough known as Fry Jacks. Ask any visitor who’s been to Belize about fry jacks, it tops their list of favorite foods!

Breakfast menus are rotated throughout your stay so there is something different everyday and also includes coffee, tea and/or fresh juice.

Lunch

Lunch is where Mestizo flavors shine with light meals such as fish or chicken tostadas, fry tacos and panades—all local favorites made with a base of fresh masa which is a versatile dough of ground corn. For those who prefer a more traditional lunch, other options like a fresh burger or Caribbean chicken salad sandwich is readily available on freshly-baked bread. Plus, you can’t come to Belize without trying our Belizean Rice & Beans, Stew Chicken and fried Plantains—it’s an absolute must dish for lunch and you won’t regret it! Lastly, any day of fishing that brings a catch home can mean fresh fried fish for lunch.

Looking to spend the day exploring instead? Guests can choose between three options for a packed lunch.

Dinner

At night, indulge with a magnificent three course dinner prepared family-style — with a starter, entree, and dessert. Start your dinner with a soup, salad, or a Belizean appetizer, like crispy conch fritters (seasonal) or an elote—Mexican street corn coated with a thick cream and sprinkled with cheese. Main course entrees range between Grilled pork Chops with a zesty pineapple salsa, Coconut Curried Shrimp, and the Yucatán-Style Mayan Pibil is a star on its own: the well-seasoned, slow-cooked braised pulled pork is enveloped in a warm, handmade flour or corn tortilla before meeting toppings like sour cream, crushed pineapple, and pico de gallo – one night of your trip is solely dedicated to enjoying Mayan Cuisine.

If you’ve gone fishing that day, you can enjoy your catch of the day in any style you like and backyard BBQ’s are a St. George’s Caye tradition!

Snacks

That’s what vacation is about right? Cocktails, Snacking and Sun!

Unwind after a day of island adventures—or recharge for your next—with our favorite snack selections. Whether its tropical fruits picked at the peak of their freshness, or seasonal seafood favorites, like the citrus-packed ceviche alongside crisp and salty fried tortilla chips.

Snacks are provided on tours and in the afternoons just about when its time for Happy Hour!

All dishes are also customizable for our guests with dietary restrictions, allergy or food preferences if required. Menu items may vary based on the time of the year that you visit and seafood and produce seasons.

Alcoholic Beverage Package

Alcoholic Beverage packages are available for an additional $50.00 USD per person, per day for those who wish to indulge in an unlimited selection of Belize’s local rums and beers. This includes dark rum, white rum and coconut rum as well as Belize’s very own Belikin Beer, Lighthouse Lager, Heineken and Landshark Lager. Our bartender will be sure to whip up some local favorites for you!

If you have any special preferences for your choice of top shelf liquors, Belize’s duty free offers some of the best prices upon arrival. Since the island is somewhat limited, we encourage you to purchase your liquors of choice at Belize’s airport, and we’ll serve it for you, with no corkage fees.

Wine selections may be sent to guests in advance if wine is requested and is an average of $30.00 USD a bottle.
