Casa Al Mar is a family home that was built in 1991, and has a total of 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors. The property has both East and West access with private docks on both sides and a sunning deck on the East Side. Casa Al Mar comes with a fully equipped kitchen and has a large dining room, living room, bar, study and front balcony with hammocks. All bedrooms are cooled by the natural ocean breeze and all have fans throughout.
Casa Al Mar has a minimum guest requirement of 8 and a maximum of 16.
In addition to the above, Casa Al Mar is an all-inclusive vacation rental and includes the following:
- All your transfers to/from the airport and St. George’s Caye

- A private boat at your disposal that is fully equipped with a licensed boat captain and tour guide

The minimum stay at Casa Al Mar is 8 guests for 5 nights. The Maximum number of guests can go up to 16. Please don’t hesitate to let us know any special requests. The breakdown of renting the entire house for 16 guests is as follows:
- First Floor – Sergeants Quarters – 1 King Bedroom, sleeps 2 guests
- Second Floor – 2 King Bedrooms (Captain’s Quarters & The Quartermaster) and 2 Bunk Bedrooms (The Osprey’s Nest & Pelican Roost) sleeps 12 guests
- Third Floor – The Crow’s Nest – 1 King Bedroom, sleeps 2 guests

The Crow’s Nest
Located on the 3rd floor, with both East and West side views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea, the Crow’s Nest is Casa Al Mar’s largest suite. Outfitted with a King bed, living room area, workspace and small wet bar, it doesn’t get much better than this! Sleeps 2

Captain’s Quarters
Located on the North end of the 2nd floor, facing the East, the Captains Quarters is the Master Bedroom of the 2nd floor. This bedroom shares a bathroom, with one other bedroom in the house. Sleeps 2

The Quartermaster
Located on the South end of the 2nd floor, facing the East, the First Mates Chambers is almost an exact replica of the spacious Captain’s Quarters. It also shares a bathroom with one other bedroom in the house. Sleeps 2

Osprey’s nest and the Pelican’s roost
Designed for families with children, both the Osprey’s Nest and the Pelican’s Roost, (which are two separate rooms in the house), has 2 twin beds as well as 2 bunk beds. These rooms share a bathroom with either the Captain’s Quarters or the First Mate’s Chambers. Sleeps 4 in each room.

Sergeant’s Quarters
Located on the first floor, The Sergeant’s Quarters is on the North side of the house and faces the Caribbean Sea. This smaller, yet very spacious suite also comes with private bathroom and provides some additional privacy if needed as its on it’s own floor. Sleeps 2.
